Galaxyland Amusement Park in the West Edmonton Mall in Canada will finish up a $40 million, seven-year project to appeal to thrill-seekers.

Six new rides will open in March 2004. Among them will be the 300-foot long "Dark Ride;" "Solar Flare," a ride that will "incorporate rotating gondolas 20 metres above the floor, heavy-duty G-forces, sharp take-offs and breathtaking plunges" and others.
