ThrillNetwork.net Terms of Use

All accounts come as they are, we don't upgrade or modify them.

The owners of ThrillNetwork and ThrillNetwork.net are not responsible for the content of our users' pages.

The owners of ThrillNetwork and ThrillNetwork.net are not liable for the "quirks" of the internet such as downtime due to fiber outages or other acts of technology nor are the owners liable for "quirks" of electronics such as a hard drive failure. The users are responsible for their own back-ups unless other arrangements have been made.

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• You are a Roller coaster or Amusement Park Enthusiast website
  

• You agree to submit news and content on a regular basis  to our home site, ThrillNetwork.com.  We understand that news may not be available and we will on a case by case basis evaluate your submission frequency.  If we find you are not submitting enough content we will cancel your membership to the ThrillNetwork.net.  This will not happen without some warnings.  If News is not available we ask that you submit reviews, editorials, trip and travel tips or reports, or press releases.
  

• You agree not to alter our header, Logo and banner ad code or banner ad images in anyway.  By doing so you will without notice be removed from ThrillNetwork.net.
  

• You agree to the following for the banner ad placement.  The banner ad must appear "above-the-scroll."  Above-the-scroll must appear on your web page in a location so that it can be viewed without needing to scroll in any direction. Your ThrillNetwork ad code should also be above all other advertisements on the page. 
  

• Our ThrillNetwork.net logo must also appear on the front page of your site.  This image must be linked back to ThrillNetwork.

WE AGREE TO:

• Give you whatever disk space you need, FTP access, a sub domain (or not.  Your choice), e-mail addresses for you and your staff (POP accounts and Web access), front page placement on ThrillNetwork.com home page, site statistics, PHP and CGI, and My SQL Server database (on request).
  

• You will be added to the ThrillNetwork.net directory. 
  

• On the Database pages you will be listed as the official ThrillNetwork.net member (pending).
  

• As we expand the site we will promote our ThrillNetwork.net sites with the different advertising creatives that are featured on ThrillNetwork.com.

WE DO NOT ALLOW THE FOLLOWING:

• Nudity, pornography, sexual material, hate propaganda or hate mongering, swearing, or fraudulent material or activity
  

• Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights
  

• Any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable; or that violates any law or gives rise to any legal liability
  

• Material that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities
  

• Any software, information, or other material that contains a virus, corrupted data, is illegal, or any other harmful or damaging component (this includes pirated software or "warez" that is meant to be downloaded or run within your account)
  

• Usage of the account simply as a redirect to another site.

• Sending unsolicited email (a.k.a. spam) containing any reference (including but not limited to, your URL) to your ThrillNetwork.net account

TERMS, CONDITIONS

By using our services in any matter whatsoever, you agree to the following conditions:

• ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net may only be used for lawful purposes. Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws which may apply to ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you or your site may be subject to is strictly prohibited.
  

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly and/or indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account with ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net.
  

• ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our sole discretion. ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net may deny you access to all or part of the service without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this agreement.
  

• ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of notification.
  

• ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this agreement. We do not permit the hosting of pornographic, offensive, or illegal material on our server. Copyrighted material may only be hosted with written permission from the copyright holder(s).
  

• ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services being offered. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information given by ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net or its agents or employees shall create a warranty.
  

• ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We assume no liability, expressed or implied, for any downtime for any reason.
  

• If you are dissatisfied with ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service. There are NO refunds.
  

• You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net and the Internet. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services and other information, and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise provided through ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net.
  

• You agree that you as the person legally responsible for use of this account, are at least 13 years of age or have your parent's or legal guardian's permission before using our service.
  

• You agree to adhere to these system policies as published online at along with any documents specifically linked with that document and mentioned as part of system policy, including restrictions on services available with each account type, restrictions on certain features, and all other policies designed to protect and enhance the quality and reliability of service at ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net. You agree to abide by any and all future ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net decisions.
  

• Your use of the service is solely at your risk. ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.
  

• This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with ThrillNetwork/ThrillNetwork.net or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.
  

• If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and said provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
