Bloggers Banquet at Universal’s International Cafe

Celebrating The International Cafe’s Sante Restaurant Award for “Innovation and Outstanding Achievement in Culinary Service and Hospitality,” Universal Studios Hollywood hosted a “Bloggers’ Banquet,” giving writers a chance to taste the restaurant’s critically acclaimed fare. The evening was also an opportunity to recognize the achievement of the park’s Executive Chef, Eric Kopelow, who was named Chef Magazine’s 2010 Chef of the Year.
