Hersheypark announces opening date for 2021 season
The staff at Hersheypark has announced the start date for the amusement park’s 115th season.
According to a press release, the park will open for the season on April 2.
“Kicking off a Hersheypark Happy year on April 2, 2021, Hersheypark will be open most weekends in April and May with daily operations from Memorial Day to Labor Day followed by September weekends,” the press release said. “The Park will also be open in October for select Hersheypark In The Dark weekends and select dates over six weeks in November and December for the Hersheypark Christmas Candylane seasonal event.”
This season will also include three new culinary experiences in the Hershey’s Chocolatetown section of the park, which opened for the first time in 2020. Those attractions are the Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio, the Sweeterie Confectionary Kitchen and Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor, each of which was announced in the initial planning stages of Chocolatetown.
The announcement also comes along with early ticket sale prices. The sale prices will apply to tickets purchased for any 2021 date. For more info on tickets and prices, visit the Hersheypark website.
