How to Prepare and Plan for Disneyland

As a family, if you could only take one trip, chances are you would be going to Disneyland.  Even if you are not a fan of Mickey Mouse, very few people walk away after visiting Disneyland without a smile on their face.  It’s truly an incredible experience whereby the people of Disney have thought about every single aspect.
There is no doubt, a trip to Disneyland is an epic experience for all and also an expensive endeavor!  The time you spend preparing and planning will directly impact the level of enjoyment and overall costs.  There are a million things to do and only so much time so how do fit 3lbs of pleasure into a 2lb bag?  Take the time and learn from the pros.
You will find yourself asking questions like:
1. What is the best time to visit Disneyland?
2. What should we pack?
3. What is the FASTPASS® and how to use it?
4. How do we avoid long lines?
5. What do we see and do first? Are there any Special Shows?
6. Where are the Disneyland Characters?
7. Are there any special accommodations for people with disabilities?
8. Can I have my Birthday Party at Disneyland?
If you believe plane tickets and park tickets are all you need, your trip will result in pure chaos and exhaustion. Disneyland is not only an art but more importantly a science!  Navigating the house the mouse built takes skill and when managed properly results in pure pleasure.  It’s not only what you were able to do but how much in the time you have.  You don’t want to leave thinking you could have done more. . .
Preparation and anticipation will help you insure a successful journey.  Little tips like bringing a refillable water bottle and thinking about questions like what resources are available for my toddler will help you plan and prepare.  There are different activities taking place across many different locations on each and every day – be able to find this information and apply it to your trip.
Rebecca Hubbard has taken the time and effort to address not only these top-of-mind questions but many more.  She has published an on-line ebook which dives into the Disneyland vacation.  Considering the time and money invested, this is a great insurance policy to guarantee an efficient, stress-free vacation for the whole family for less than the price of a parking!
Safe travels and have a wonderful Disney journey!
