The Walt Disney Company Receives Perfect Score on 2018 Corporate Equality Index
The Walt Disney Company received a perfect 100 percent score on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index, a national survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. This marks the 12th consecutive year Disney has earned top marks on the survey, as well as the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
A perfect score reflects equal employment opportunities and demonstrated LGBTQ competency within the organization, like employee networks such as the Disneyland Resort Diversity Resource Group PRIDE (People Respecting Individual Diversities in Everyone.)
