Anaheim High School Students Experience A Day within the Life of a Cast Member
Students from Savanna High School in Anaheim visited the Disneyland Resort to learn what it is like to be a cast member on the first day. The opportunity, which included a mock orientation, was part of a workplace mentorship program that provides high school students with mentors who work at the Disneyland Resort, in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County.
“I got involved as a way to give back some of the opportunities and positive influences I was provided growing up,” said Chris Won, operations planner at the Disneyland Resort. “It was great to go through a mock first day with my ‘Little.’ I think it opened his eyes to how our cast members create magic every day for our guests.”
